Terms and Conditions at MontiVida

Prices

All prices at MontiVida are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right for sold out items, pricing errors, and discontinued products.

Payment

MontiVida accepts payment by major debit and credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Payment will only be charged to your account once the order has been dispatched. All amounts are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and availability issues.

Delivery

MontiVida aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 pm on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

We use recognised delivery partners such as Royal Mail or other courier services.

If delivery to the selected pickup point is not possible due to capacity, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest available pickup location. You will be notified in such cases. If any issues occur, please contact customer support.

Delivery is made on working days. Estimated delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days unless otherwise stated.

Certain products may have specific delivery conditions. These will be clearly stated before purchase.

Faulty Goods and Complaints

You are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to complain about faulty or misdescribed goods within a reasonable time. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

Complaints do not apply to damage caused by incorrect use or handling of the product. Please notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a fault. MontiVida will cover reasonable return costs for valid complaints.

Returns related to complaints should be sent to the address provided by customer support after contact.

We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.

Refunds

If a refund is agreed, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods, or the last item in an order delivered in multiple parts.

You must clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You then have 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

You cannot cancel by refusing delivery without notifying us in writing.

Items Excluded From the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to the following.

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

  2. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  3. Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  4. Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once download or streaming has begun with consent.

  5. Services that have already been fully performed with the consumer’s prior consent.

Returns

Returned items must be sent without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.

You are responsible for ensuring the goods are securely packaged. We recommend including a copy of the order confirmation to speed up processing.

You bear the risk for the goods until we receive them.

We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been used beyond this, a partial refund or no refund may apply depending on its condition.

Refund Processing

Once cancellation is approved, all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days. Additional delivery costs chosen by you beyond standard delivery are not refunded.

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided.
