What is Shilajit and how is it formed?
Shilajit is a natural resin formed over thousands of years when plants, lichens and mosses decompose and ferment in the mountains. It oozes out of rocks at altitudes above 3,000 metres and is rich in minerals, fulvic acid and antioxidants.

We hand-pick our Shilajit in some of the highest and purest mountain regions. We oversee the entire process ourselves – from extraction to filtration and sun drying – to ensure maximum purity, potency and quality without fillers or additives.

How do I use Shilajit?
